New Creative Workshop Series at John Lewis, Bluewater, Kent. August 19, 2019 15:08
Back in May, I had the pleasure of running the first of several workshops planned for the summer, hosted at John Lewis, Bluewater.
For two lovely hours, myself and a gorgeous group of ladies knotted and plaited away, creating macrame plant hangers to take home and enjoy. On the back of this event, another workshop was added to the calendar - this time, Candle Making in July. Workshop attendees went home with their very own candle, made with our unique blend of citronella and clementine. Perfect for the Summer garden.
Now, with Autumn not far a way, a new series of workshops is planned for upcoming season. If you fancy learning something new, refreshing old skills or just love a good natter and a chance to meet new people, these events are for you!
Here are some dates for the diary:
Saturday 21st September: Macrame Plant Hanger Workshop - Choose from a range of colours and create your very own, beautiful macrame plant hanger.
Wednesday 23rd October: Sew your own Fabric Pot Workshop - A great workshop for parents and children over 12 to enjoy together over half term. Make your own fabric pot to display plants or use as a handy storage container, in our signature fabrics.
Saturday 16th November: Christmas Candle Workshop - Learn how to make your very own soy wax candle for Christmas. Using essential oils, and natural, plant based wax only, this two hour workshop will cover everything you need to make your own beautiful candle for Christmas.
Tickets can be purchased via the links above or in store, at the Customer Experience Desk in John Lewis, just by the fabric section (heaven!!) If you have any questions about the events, please do not hesitate to get in touch by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org.
