Terms and Conditions
The term ‘Denys & Fielding’, or ‘we’, or ‘us’ refers to the owners of the website: Denys & Fielding Ltd. The company is registered in England with the company number 9424263 and the registered office is: 2 Brickyard Cottages, Redwall Lane, Hunton, Nr Maidstone, Kent, ME15 0RJ. Any reference to ‘you’ refers to the visitor, customer, viewer or guest of this website.
We’ve done everything we can to ensure that ordering from Denys & Fielding is easy. While we do everything we can to ensure all our accessory items are in stock, ready to fulfil your order as soon as it is received within two working days, if we don’t have the item(s) you would like to purchase and no expected delivery date is detailed on the site, we will call or email you to agree a later delivery or provide a full refund. Some of our products, specifically our deckchairs, stools and windbreaks are made to order. For these items, we aim to despatch within 3 - 5 working days from the receipt of your order. If we can’t fulfil your timeframes, we will of course provide a full refund.
It does not affect your rights to cancel an order. You can cancel an order at any time from the moment you order online for up to 14 days after delivery of the goods and we accept returns in their original condition for up to 30 days after an order is placed. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Credit Card orders are processed securely by Shopify Payments, Denys & Fielding does not handle any credit card data for orders placed online. Paypal is an alternative payment method which does not require you to sign up or share your card details.
We do not accept postal orders by cheque.
We have deliberately minimised the use of filters from our photography to ensure colours are reproduced as accurately as possible. However, as with all photography, there may be some variation. If you would like to be absolutely sure of colour, we can provide colour references on request. In addition, measurements weights and/or sizes are included for every product detailed on the Denys & Fielding website.
Should you be dissatisfied with your purchase because you believe it to be significantly different in appearance from the product described online, we will offer a like for like replacement or repair. You will not incur charges related to any changes made. Alternatively, we will offer a full or partial refund, should other options not be suitable.
If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us ASAP to arrange the cancellation and / or return. You can email us on firstname.lastname@example.org or call 07528 578198 to do this.
We aim to process orders within two working days, although during busy periods please allow a couple of days extra.
We use a combination of courier and Royal Mail. Depending on the weight and size of item, delivery will be either First Class with Royal Mail or courier service with APC. Currently, Royal Mail postage costs are £3.85 for a small item, £4.95 for two or more small items and courier service for large orders such as deckchairs and stools is dependent on weight and size. Please note, these costs only apply to the U.K.
We do not add any extra charge for packing, and we recycle all the packaging we receive.
Postal charges will be added to your shopping basket after you have entered your delivery address, to ensure the correct price.
Currently, we only supply customers in limited locations. However, if you would like to purchase an item(s) for delivery overseas, please email: email@example.com and we’ll do our best to help.
We’d love everyone to be delighted with their new purchase from Denys & Fielding, but if something isn’t quite right, we do offer a full refund (excluding postage costs in cases of cancellation) on any item as long as it is returned in perfect, saleable condition within 30 days. This does not affect your statutory rights. For any queries, please contact us direct.
Every item is carefully checked before it is packed and sent out for delivery, however if something slips through the net and you receive a faulty, or damaged item, please let us know and we’ll do our best to resolve the problem as soon as possible.

Privacy is important to us. We do our utmost to ensure that the privacy of our users, visitors and customers is retained. Personal details are not required to complete a transaction with Denys & Fielding. Personal data such as email addresses collected by us online are for our use only and if provided, are safely and securely stored via our web platform, which is powered by Shopify and by our third party email provider - which is currently Klaviyo. We do not sell data or trade data with third parties. We use any personal data collected to keep in touch with you about your order and to share latest news, special offers, new collections or inspiration for our product development. You can opt out at any time using the unsubscribe button on the email newsletter or by phoning Elizabeth Ridgway, our designated Data Protection Officer on 07528 578198.
All images, text, design and graphics on this website are owned by Denys & Fielding. We’re delighted when people like our images, and share our content. All we ask is that you credit Denys & Fielding, and link back to this site. Thank you.
