Looking for stylish garden furniture, tools and accessories? Head to GROW London... June 06, 2016 12:35

Grow LondonDenys & Fielding all began because of a quest for unusual, stylish garden furniture. Both my sister and I love blooms of all sizes and description from cottage garden flowers through to lush, green exotic plants. We wanted our garden furniture to stand out and show off our plants rather than ignore, or overshadow them. We wanted garden furniture that would be super comfortable and durable. We also wanted something flexible - stylish garden furniture and accessories that can moved around easily to create a new look or provide additional seating for friends and family. Outdoor furniture which looks great when the rest of the garden is little woebegone. Stylish but not too structured. Relaxed but contemporary. You get the picture. Demanding aren't we? Can you imagine living with one of us?! Nightmare.

Anyway, it all proved a little too tricky to find. So we decided to make our own. However, it turns out that we aren't the only pernickety types in town...

GROW London is taking place in a just over two weeks' time - proof enough that we are not alone in our search for stylish, gorgeous garden goodies. Last year we went along for a nose as visitors and found a host of interesting nurseries, established companies and boutique brands going for it in a totally new way to create something unique, stylish and quirky for your outside space. We are thrilled to be heading back to Hampstead Heath this year as exhibitors. Along with a fantastic line up of talks and workshops here are five of the exhibitors we can't wait to see on the Heath later this month...

  1. Bee Palace: We love this range of stylish bee nests. Great for the garden and stylish to boot! What is not to like?
  2. Limecross Nursery: We saw this nursery at GROW London last year and we've not seen the likes of their gorgeous French balcony style conifers since. Beautiful plants and unusual pots were on show last year, we can't wait to see what this year brings...
  3. Aldgate Home: A Kent based company that restores and transforms architectural window frames into beautiful window mirrors for display in the home and garden.. I have one very ugly outside wall that would seriously benefit from a little reflection...
  4. Architectural Plants: We are so proud that our deckchairs and accessories will feature on the Architectural Plants stand this year. Three days with these lovely people and their exotic, jungly plants - we're hoping their knowledge and skill rubs off!
  5. Sneeboer items on display at last years' GROW LondonSneeboer: Beautiful, robust and seriously 'cutting edge' (ha!) tools for the garden. Hand made in Holland.
